Claims for damaged merchandise or adjustments of any kind must be made within 3 days of receipt of purchase.

No returns on special order items or merchandise held for more than 30 days. All returns will require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Merchandise must be received within two weeks of the date of the RMA# approval. Returns must be shipped prepaid via a carrier that issues a tracking number (UPS, FED EX, etc.)
